I think I need to realign my focus and renew my intentions for getting back into the work force. Sure, I do kinda need the money and the hours to sustain my ideal routine (for now) but I need something deeper than that to keep me going, especially when the going gets tough.
- Responsibility & Amanah
If I get a job, no matter what it is or how it appears, it is a responsibility entrusted to me. Ultimately, the appointment is from Allah. So I need to carry it out to my best of abilities.
It’s okay you get things wrong, because isn’t this what the 20s is for? Isn’t this when you allow yourself to make mistakes (no matter how big) and be kind to yourself to learn from your mistakes.
Fix things, but don’t brood over things. And because Allah has given you a responsibility, have Faith that He will also bring you Through it all.
You asked for His Guidance in choosing, also seek His Guidance and Blessings in carrying out your duties in a manner that pleases Him.
And if you’ve fulfilled your Amanah, know that you are going to harvest not only Duniya, but also Aakhirah ❤ InshaAllah..
So chill, ok. Relax, find your zen, and keep going.
- This is an Effort to find Rizq
If it’s meant to be, it will be. Rizq is Allah’s Promise, but to obtain Rizq there has to be some form of Effort.
Even Sayyidah Maryam had to do her best to shake a tree for the dates to reach her. It didn’t require her to jump or do anything vigorous but it did require her to use whatever strength she had at that point of time, when she was heavily pregnant.
And that’s the thing you see, you give your all no matter how minute your effort could seem. What is small to a human eye can be huuuuge to Allah because of the intentions behind the actions.
So this is your Effort. You probably don’t know if you’re doing enough at the moment, but keep going. Keep finding. Because whatever you’re looking for, is going to meet you halfway. It is looking for you too. But you have to keep the effort to keep moving towards finding it.
We can do this! 💪
